Potrebno je :
- 2.5 kg rujnog paradajza
- 1 kg secera
- 1 grana zelenog bosiljka
- 1 grana rezetle
- 2 kesice vanilin secera
Najbolje je da kupite zeleni paradajz i da vam odstoji dok ne porumeni.
Samleti ociscen, a neljusten paradajz, dodati bosiljak i rezetlu i kuvati dok ne uvri voda.
Onda dodati secer i kuvati kao i svaki drugi pekmez. Od dodavanja secera, kuvala sam oko 45 minuta uz povremeno mesanje.
Pri kraju dodati vanilin secer.
Izvaditi bosiljak i rezetlu.
Kad smo vec kod rezetle, moja majka je kad sam bila dete stavljala u tegle sa slatkom list rezetle i takve tegle su bile vrlo dekorativne. Zao mi je sto se nisam setila toga za moja slatka, jer moja majka u svojoj basti ima rezetlu.
Vruc pekmez sipati u vruce tegle, staviti ih u rernu zagrejanu na 100 stepeni, iskljuciti rernu i ostaviti tegle da se u njoj ohlade.
Ohladjene tegle zatvoriti i ostaviti gde vam stoji i ostala zimnica.
Od ove kolicine, ja sam dobila dve vece i jednu manju teglu pekmeza.
